Course Objectives This course aims to provide the student with the basic aims and principles of the labor law, the rights and responsibilities of the workers and the responsibility, rights and obligations of the parties in the field of occupational health and safety.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • Will be able to define the basic aims and principles
  • Will be able to knowledge on our national legislation and Labor Law
  • Will be able to explain the rights of the work security expert
  • Will be able to compare the responsibilities of the employer in relation to the legislation and the provisions on the regulation of work
  • Will be able to have knowledge about legal application methods
Course Description Students will be trained in how and in what ways they will seek their rights in cases of victimization that workers will face by learning what their legal rights and responsibilities are when they start their working life
